Subject: measurement of base of support in static stance
    Message-ID:
    MIME-Version: 1.0
    Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII

We are interested in finding out if anyone is involved in research or
or self-selected standing position. What anatomical landmarks are
typically used to measure base of support? Does one measure from just
one anatomical landmark or more than one or would one take a measure
from a rectangular representation of the feet? We are looking for some
clinical measures of this index of balance. We are interested in knowing
if previous work on this topic which have established normal values based
on age, gender, body type, height, etc have been published.

We will post any responses to this for those who are interested.

    Thank you.
