I am a senior majoring in Exercise Physiology at The Ohio State University.
I am looking for some information about the Biomechanical analysis
involved in volleyball, specifically in the approach, the strike, the
follow through, and landing. This is for a project I am doing in my
Kinesiology class. I have to tell every motion involved, and I mean every
motion from head to toe. Any information anyone can give to me will be
