Hello, All;
I'm in the process of designing a machine to be powered by the legs.
I was wondering if there was one particular angle I could put the motion of
the pedal, with respect to the spine, that would help me get more efficient
use of the leg muscles. For instance: Is pushing down better than pushing
forward? Is there an angle in between? I'm assuming I can support the back
so there won't be any hamful force on it.
Thanks,
