Hello
I'm interested in matlab source code (not c-mex implementation)
for the various filtering techniques of noisy biomechanical measurements.
Would anyone happen to know any public sites where such source code is
available. Currently, I'm looking into implementing one of the
following techniques.
1) GCVSPL
&----------------------------
Woltring 1986, Advanced Engineering Software, v8 104-107
A Fortran Package for genereralized cross-validatory spline smoothing
and differentiation.
2) Regularized Fourier Series.
%---------------------------
Hatze 1981. Journal of Biomechanics v14, 13-18
The use of optimally regularized Fourier series in estimating higher
order derivatives of noisy biomechanical data
3) Residual Analysis
%-----------------
Winter 1990
Biomechanics and motor control of human movement 2nd ed
Wiley Interscience
Thank you
