motor endplate distribution

Dear BIOMCH-L members,

For a large number of leg muscles, some arm muscles (biceps
brachii, triceps) and the trapezius and deltoideus I am looking for
literature in which clearly describes and shows the distribution of
motor end-plate zone's.

Do you have some references?
