  • Wanted: Info about Hi-speed video

Hi fellow biomechanists. We are ready to upgrade our high-speed video and
are looking for either: (1) YOUR INSIGHT or (2) USED EQUIPMENT FOR SALE. We
are looking for a one-camera (minimum) system with 500 Hz and hi-speed
shutter. We record indoors. We often record multiple 4-second trials, so
longer storage time means less downloading during testing.

    (1) YOUR INSIGHT
We are considering buying a Redlake MotionScope, buying a Kodak
Motioncorder, or upgrading our old Kodak Ektapro tape system to an Ektapro
Hi-Spec Motion Analyzer, Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with
any of these systems? (If you tell me your opinions are confidential, I can
OMIT your name or even your response when I post the responses.)

    (2) ANY USED EQUIPMENT FOR SALE?
Although we are prepared to buy from the manufacturer, we would consider
buying someone's used equipment in the right circumstances. If you have
something to sell that meets our needs, please let me know.

    Thanks for your time.
