I am a doctoral candidate in the Applied Biomechanics program at the
University of Toledo. An idea I have for research is the biomechanics,
management, and prevention of a cervical spine injury in sports. I have
reviewed literature that looks at the many different aspects involved
with a C-spine injury. However, I am inquiring to find out what specific
areas of interest sportsmedicine professionals may have in regards to
this catastrophic injury. Any ideas or concerns that could aid in
focusing future research would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
