    Arizona State University is actively seeking a new faculty member in the
    area of Motor Behavior. I have attached the position announcement below.

    POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT--ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY

    Motor Behavior (Development, Control, & Learning): Assistant Professor
    (tenure track), Arizona State University beginning August 19, 1998.
    Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate (i.e., EPE 345 Motor Development and
    Learning) and graduate courses in lifespan motor behavior. Advise students
    in research. Conduct research and scholarly writing in lifespan motor
    behavior. Pursue external funding, serve on committees. Qualifications: 1)
    earned doctorate, 2) specialization in lifespan motor behavior, 3)
    demonstrated ability to conduct research in lifespan motor behavior and
    evidence of developing scholarship record (e.g., research publications,
    presentations). Desirable Qualifications: 1) college teaching experience,
    2) record of extramural funding, 3) interest in cross and interdisciplinary
    research especially relative to biomechanic, 4) Candidates should show
    expertise with children's development or aging and experience with various
    levels of analysis needed (e.g., kinematics, EMG). Date of employment is
    August 1998. Send letter of application indicating how you meet the
    position qualifications, curriculum vita, a statement of teaching
    philosophy, copies of published research articles, and three letters of
