and the Department of Biology
The Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Biology invite applications
for a Post-Doctoral Scholar that will be open beginning January 1, 1998.
The position is funded by an NIH grant investigating the effects of
mechanical stress on tendon. The specific skills required include the
design and construction of instrumentation, digital controls, and
computational programs for experimental measurements (LabView preferred).
The Post-Doctoral position will run for one calendar year, and applicants
must have an earned doctorate.
Applications must be received by December 20, 1997. Send a CV, a brief
description of research interests, and names and addresses of three
