Looking for stiffness and damping values

Hello Biomech,
I've been playing with pro/mechanica, and I would like to model a
person falling. Coming up with values of stiffness and damping in the hip
joint ,knee, and ankle joint has been challenging. Can anyone suggest some
realistic values?. They only need to be ball park.
