I,M.S.student of Bio-mechanics,am working on the OPTIMIZATION
OF MANUFACTURING TITANIUM ALLOY PROSTHESISES.
Considering TI-6AL-4V alloy as the material and pure Titanium
for surface coating of the coated ones , also the accuracy of these
implants,needs the exact information about THE MANUFACTURING MACHINES
AND DEVICES . The manufacturing machines(Investing-Casting,Forging,Turning,
Milling,Grinding,Mirror-Finishing and Plasma-Spray) of such products,should
have a very high percentage of sensitivity,precisionand accuracy.
It is a very great help and I would be so please to recive informations
which describes THE CHARACTRISTICS OF MANUFACTURING MACHINES AND VACCUM
CONDITIONS OF MANUFACTURING PROCESSES.
