Just a note to say thanks to all who posted help with my request for the
suorce formulae for the above nomoram. As it is, I never actually found
the original equation. Until I get a copy, if ever, I've used a number
of points on the nomogram to construct a basic formulae for a number of
loadings. At the moment I'm in the process of writing a program to
incorporate this, plus the protocols for the cycle ergometer test into a
program, which will conduct the analysis of the data for you. Should
anyone be interested in what Ive done so far, heaven forbid, I'd be
pleased to mail you a copy to get some feedback.
