Dear Dirk,
thanks for your answer, but the point is that noise frequencies could
be either at 20 or 120 Hz, and the "ideal" triangular pulse shape
imposed by the FAA standard has mainly a
lower bandwidth; our problem is to understand the reason why
exactly the 60 Hz frequency was chosen.
