Since a few weeks we have a web site of our department:
Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery, Prosthodontics and Special Dental Care.
At this site you can find information on our research on the
neuromuscular control of chewing:
- EMG of jaw muscles
- jaw movement
- jaw reflexes
- bite force
- chewing performance
Measurements are performed on control persons as well as on patients:
(neuromuscular diseases (myasthenia gravis,ALS), osteotomy, dental implants)
