    With recent territory success and expansion, Motion Analysis Corporation,
    located in Santa Rosa, CA is creating two additional Product/Sales Manager
    position s to compliment our recent customer service and engineering
    expansion. Motion Analysis consists of 6 divisions (New Media/Animation,
    Life Science, Engineering, Military/Aerospace, Hardware/OEM and
    Biomechanics). Biomechanics is the largest division and services more that
    400 users worldwide. Biomechanics services the Clinical Gait/OrthoPedic,
    Neurological, Physical Medicine, Sports Science and Academic teaching
    institutions focusing at Human Performance. Your skills as a Product/Sales
    Manager will be essential in further increasing product development by
    reacting to customer and market needs and increasing corporate sales
    through system sales.

    Job Title: Product Sales Manager
    25% Customer/Product Service: Assist on Training, Newsletter, Application
    Education, Product Enhancement
    75% Sales Manager: Prospecting, demonstrations, exhibits, closing sales

    Reports to: Vice President Sales and Marketing

    Education:
    BS in Biomechanics, MS preferred
    Knowledge of Motion Analysis systems preferred not required
    Understanding of motion capture, 2D and 3D Biomechanics required
    Knowledge of force platforms and EMG
    Research and Academic teaching experiences
    Customer Service oriented
    Capital equipment sales background a plus
    Knowledge in computers, NT, SUN and or SGI systems and applications
    Previous research and or sales application experience a plus

    Responsibilities to:

    * provide customer training, installation and product application education
    * assist in the development of user application programs and
    coordinate user documentation and research
    * generate 2D and 3D (re)-training sessions
    * reduce inquiries for customer service and program application inquiries
    * increase prospect inquiries and biomechanics revenue sales
    * attend and exhibit at sponsored trade shows
    * assist in the development of marketing programs

    Salary and benefits:

    Base with commision, medical, dental, 401K, car allowance.
    First year realistic earnings $50 - 80,000 plus (sales dependent)

    Location: Santa Rosa or to be mutually determine for relocation
