WWW: Hardin MD update - Physical Medicine & Disabilities (& a newHardin MD!)

This is to announce an updated version of the Hardin Meta Directory page
for Physical Medicine & Disabilities, and also a NEW VERSION of the Hardin
MD. The new version includes a streamlined re-design, new features, and a
new URL.

One of the notable new features is the Hardin MD "Clean Bill of Health
