Reference about moving boundary algorithms

Dear fellows,

I would very much appreciate any reference
regarding algorithms for the simulation of flow dynamics with known
boundary movement (for finite element methods). The purpose is to
simulate the blood flow through the aortic valve using the wall motion
of the left ventricule as input data.
