An extension of the deadline for abstract submission !
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON WEIGHTLIFTING AND
STRENGTH TRAINING
November 10-12, 1998

Due to several requests we have decided to extend the deadline for
abstract submission for the above mentioned Conference:
The new deadline for abstract submission is May 31, 1998 !
Therefore, you still have some time left to write down your
notes and submit your two-page abstracts !

Please note that it is not possible to registrate or submit an
abstract by the internet. However, by using the message form included
in the www-site you may order the printed version of the Final
Announcement together with the official Registration and Abstract
submission forms.
The Conference will concentrate on biomechanical, physiological,
psychological and medical aspects of strength training and its various
applications among athletes as well as other people at different ages.
The program of the Conference is specially built to meet the needs of:
. Researchers, physicians and physiotherapists
. Exercise instructors and students & teachers in physical
education
. Coaches and athletes in weightlifting
. Power & strength coaches and experts in all other sports events
The Conference Organization wishes you a successful period of time
for final preparation of your abstracts and hopes to meet you in Lahti
on November 9-12, 1998 !
