Ergotherapy?

Sorry for the maybee ignorant question, but today some body come and talk to me abouth the "Ergotherapy" as far as I understand this people told me that is something like the laboral rehabilitation.

How ever, I can considder that word with more focus in the habilitation for use a machine...

Can any one help me to put more clear in my mind this concept?
