Dear Biomch-L subscribers,
We have a question concerning lab floors. Our floor in the movement
analysis lab at the University of Salford needs replacing and we
would like our new floor to be non-reflective. We have two kinematic
analysis system; APAS and MacReflex. With the current (light
coloured) floor, reflections are a big problem, especially with the video
cameras of the APAS system.
We would like to know your experiences with different types of floor.
Which colours, materials etc., have proved to be non-reflective for
both normal video cameras and IR cameras ?
