  • voluntary service on file conversion

    Dear all,
I have received from Prof. Hart an FEA mesh of a human mandible to be
shared in the public domain via the ISB mesh repository

    http://www.cineca.it/hosted/LTM-IOR/back2net/ISB_mesh/isb_mesh.html

The model is written as a ABAQUS input file but the the models are usually
made available in PATRAN neutral file format. I can do the conversion only
if I have a .fil abaqus file. Unfortunately I do not have ABAQUS.

Could anybody take the input file, run it in Abaqus and generate the output
    file in .fil format?

    thanks

    Marco

ps: I would be very happy if other colleagues would share their meshing
efforts with the rest of the community. Are you sure you do not have a
nice mesh sleeping in a drawer you could share with us?
