Simulating resistant torque on human joints

HI there,
Does anyone have any information regarding the simulation human
joint motion dynamics subject to space suit constaints. Suppose the
resistant torque generated by the space suit can be modeled as torsional
spring and damper, where can I get the data of the coefficient of the
torsional spring and damper for the joint model?
