    Biomechanics Position Announcement

    Title: Biomechanist

    Job Description: Expected duties include analyses of injury mechanisms
    as part of forensic reconstructions of automobile, sport/recreation,
    occupational, and slip/trip and fall accidents; opportunities to assist
    in ongoing research projects regarding injury biomechanics of whiplash
    in low-speed rear-end accidents, shoulder injury biomechanics in
    automotive accidents, and biomechanics of slip/trip and falls;
    opportunity to pursue research and/or develop specialized area of
    expertise in forensic biomechanics related areas.

    Requirements: Minimum of Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomechanics or
    closely related science (e.g. Kinesiology, Biomechanical Engineering,
    Biomedical Engineering); background and/or interest in injury
    biomechanics desired; entry level applicants encouraged.

    Salary: Competitive salary and excellent benefits (e.g.
    medical/dental/vision, 401K, vacation, continued education).

    Location: Current position open at our Denver area location (Evergreen,
    Colorado); scheduled to move into new office building near end of 1999;
    will require some travel to our Los Angeles area office for training and
    specific projects.
