  • new book about capacity of older adults

    Dear Listmembers,
    My appologies for possible crossposting, but I am pleased to announce
    our latest publication about gerontechnology.

    In this investigation we measured the physical(58 variables),
    psycho-motor (12 variables) sensory (7 variables) and cognitive (2
    variables) capacity of 627 independent living elderly and compared this
    with a group of 123 younger people, age 20-30.
    For every variable we tried to formulate: applications,
    examples,warnings,tips and tricks and design guidelines.
    The book contents 433 pages and is written in English.
    Next week there will be some more info about this book on our web-site;
    http://www.io.tudelft.nl/research/ergonomics.

    The bibliography and order info follows hereafter.
    With kind regards
    Johan Molenbroek
