    The School of Physiotherapy and Exercise Science invites applications
    for the position of

    Lecturer in Neurobiology/Neurophysiology/Neurosciences

    commencing February 1999 or thereafter.

    Key Accountabilities/Duties:
    1. To deliver teaching and learning practices for the subjects
    Neurobiology, and Motor Learning and Control;
    2. To contribute to the research activity as defined in the School
    Strategic Plan; 3. To supervise honours/postgraduate students; 4. To
    contribute to the day-to-day administration of the School.

    Conditions:
    Salary, Superannuation:
    Annual Salary $46,538 - $55,265 (Salary package including 17% employer
    superannuation contribution: $54,449 to $64,660 per annum)

    Selection Criteria:
    Essential
    1. PhD in Human Neurobiology/Neuroscience/Neurophysiology.
    2. Three to five years tertiary education experience.
    3. Evidence of refereed publications.
    4. Evidence of grant acquisition.
    5. Evidence of successful postgraduate supervision.
    6. Evidence of strong teaching and learning facilitation skills.

    Desirable:
    7. Physiotherapy Qualification, Registerable in Queensland.
