    WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY
    SCHOOL OF MEDICINE
    DIVISION OF EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

    Seeking applications for a full-time, 12 month tenure track faculty
    position as an Associate/Full Professor of Exercise Physiology. The
    successful applicant should have a national reputation as a scholar, a
    strong record of extramural funding, and academic experience as a mentor to
    Ph.D. students. Responsibilities include chairing the Ph.D. admissions
    committee, maintaining a vigorous research program, supervising doctoral
    student research, advising Ph.D. students, and teaching doctoral courses.
    A Ph.D. in exercise physiology or related field, prior experience in
    doctoral education, and a record of funded research are required.
    Preference will be given to those with current funding. Academic rank and
    salary commensurate with qualifications. The search will remain active
    until the position is filled. However, those applications received by
    February 15, 1999 will be assured of consideration during the first cycle
    of review. Applicants should submit a letter of interest, curriculum
