Accelerometers

Hello!

I'm in the process of building a force measuring horseshoe, and am
having trouble locating an inclinometer that has a fast enough time
response to gather information about the "levelness" of my horse's
foot (and hense the shoe) during a racing stride (total ground contact
of less than 100 ms).


Does anyone know of a commercial inclinometer that could gather that
data? Or a research paper identifying a method for constructing one?
Or any possible alternative methods for dynamically collecting that
data?
