    Job Posting:
    Reebok has an immediate opening for a Manager of Fit & Wear Testing in the
    Product Testing Department. The position involves developing and managing
    the process of quantifying the fit and wear of Reebok products to help
    ensure that Reebok footwear meets the fit and durability needs of
    consumers. This position is responsible for managing a staff of 5
    employees and reports to the Director of Product Testing. The ideal
    candidate will have a B.S. in Ergonomics, Human Factors or related field,
    Masters preferred. A required minimum of 2 years experience with human
    subject data collection, instrumentation, research protocols, experimental
    design and statistical analysis. A minimum of 2 years of managerial
    experience in a consumer product testing environment, preferably within the
    sports and fitness industry. Excellent organizational, interpersonal,
    writing and editing skills required. Candidates must have experience with
    various sports and fitness activities and be willing to travel on occasion.
    The emphasis of this position is on testing, not biomechanics.
