    *********Project Engineer - approx £15k p.a.*************

    Hattersley and Davidson in collaboration with the University of Sheffield
    are seeking a high calibre graduate (Mechanical Engineering, Design
    Engineering, Physics or similar) to work as a Project Engineer. Hattersley
    and Davidson are manufacturers of John Wilson and MK Ice Blades. All ice
    skating champions at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics used these blades and
    the John Wilson brand has been in existence for over 300 years.

    The post will involve the design, development and testing of innovative ice
    blade designs. The successful candidate will

    * have skills in design
    * have skills in experimentation
    * be self motivated
    * be capable of communicating at all organisational levels
    * have good leadership and management skills

    The appointment is part of a Teaching Company Scheme initiative which
    provides a nationally approved and organised training programme. This
    programme is intended to develop the technical, personal and professional
    skills of the candidate, ultimately resulting in the status of chartered
