Hello Biomch-L,
We try to measure intramuscular EMG of m. triceps surae and m. tibialis
ant. using bipolar fine-wire electrodes (teflon insulated silver wire,
0.0031”). But only one of eight electrodes works after application with
the same technique described by Basmajian ’62.
We think one problem is the different displacement of the two wires
within the muscle. Does someone know this problem and are there any
solutions to it?
Thank you for your cooperation
