Atlas of limb prosthetics

Hello everybody,
I am studying prosthetics and orthotics at the Health Science College in Jonkoping Sweden and have run into a minor problem. I have searched for the book Atlas of Limb Prosthetics, Bowkern J. H. Michael J. W. and haven't been able to get ahold of a copy. I was wondering if anyone of you might know of a way to get one.
I have been told that they are out of print. Is that correct? Are there any books like it that could substitute for it if I won't get ahold of one?
