Dear Biomchl Members:
I wonder if any of you might have a suggestion for references
for me. I have an anatomical system that exhibits wave propagation
(both compression and transverse waves). I would like to model this
system as a collection of mechanical components, e.g., springs, masses,
dash-pots. Velocities of points in the system vary as damped sinusoids,
so this seems like a good control theory problem.
I would be grateful for suggestions for articles that apply
control theory (systems theory) to anatomical systems.
Thank you in advance.
