1999 Midwest Graduate Student Biomechanics Symposium
This is a reminder that the 1999 Midwest Graduate Student Biomechanics
Symposium will held Saturday, March 27, 1999 in the Eppler Complex at
Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. The symposium will
run from about 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. This symposium is very informal with
its main purposes being to provide students with an opportunity to present
their research and to share ideas with other students and faculty. The
research presented can be at any stage of the research process, from
proposals to fully completed research (e.g., dry-run of dissertation
defense) and could include undergraduate as well as graduate students.
Faculty with expertise in biomechanics or related fields are encouraged to
attend and participate in the discussions of the various research
presentations.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THE SYMPOSIUM
All who are interested in attending or presenting should indicate
their intentions by email directly to Bill Skelly at the address below
ASAP. Students who are intending to present at this gathering should
respond with specific information (title, authors, etc.) about their
presentation.
I will send maps, schedules, information about local motels, and other
information about the symposium to those who respond.
