Dear Biomch-ers,
A student of mine is doing a research project on the muscle
activity in moderate to high level discus throwers. A search for EMG
patterns of the most important muscles in throwing (deltoideus,
pectoralis, quadriceps, rectus abdominis, gluteaus, biceps brachii,
soleus/gastrocnemius, etc.) has been unsuccessfull until now (only a
summary of a PHd thesis from 1969 - Finanger, Univ. of Iowa) was
found. Does any body know a good reference to help him?
Thanks
Matthieu Lenoir, Phd.
