3D Workshop at Gait Conference
As identified in the most recent GCMA meeting at a glance schedule, Motion
Analysis Corporation will host a workshop on Maximizing Data Processing. This
workshop will be held from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 9th in
Dallas, Texas. Host of the meeting will be Rebecca Stine, MS: Engineering
Project Manager for Motion Analysis Corporation. Topics of presentation will be
as follows:
1.. Segro Tutorial: (Segment Rotation) is part of your EVa Data collection
software which enables you to incorporate and calculate true locations of joints
and bones employing the EVA software’s Hierarchical Segments, Translations and
Rotations functions. This biomechanics modeling software feature once deemed
only for animation has been successfully used and in current practice in
pediatric orthopedics at the Shriners’ Hospital in Sacramento. The tutorial will
be taught by Dr. George Rab, MD Assistant Chief of Staff at Sacramento Shriners
Hospital. The Tutorial will also be video recorded. EVA is Y2K Compliant.
b.. OrthoTrak Post Processing and Customization: The OrthoTrak 4.1 release
features and incorporates both the automated trial processing with standardize
multiple trial overlay of multiple patient trials and also the ability through
the database to custom your end reports via the Database. Sam Augsburger, Motion
Analysis Director: Shiners Hospital in Lexington will host this segment and
teach the process of customization of report through the OrthoTrak Database
software. The Tutorial will also be video recorded. OrthoTrak Clinical Gait
System is Y2K compliant.

tutorial workshop. Seating is prioritized and provided to Motion Analysis
Corporation users of HiRES and ExpertVision. Once accommodating the Motion
Analysis Corporation users, non users will be allowed entry by invitation. I
