User Programmable Features UPF with ANSYS

I'm looking for someone who has some experience with
the User Programmable Features UPF's for the FEA software
ANSYS.
My goal is to perform the a finite element analysis, where
a local Poisson's Ratio is a function of the local strain.
I'm an engineering intern and I would apreaciate any kind
of help
