Dear subscribers:
Hi!
Many treadmills calculate calories based only in the
velocity, age and some of them also use the body
weight. I know that these calculations have only a
commercial purpose.
My question is:
Is there any serious way to calculate the calories
used in running?? Which variables do I need?
What is the "better way" to calculate calories in
running only with velocity, age, body weight and/or
heart rate for an "average runner"??
Thank you in advance for your time!
