  • curve normalization

    Hi,
I am a graduate student working in the movement
sciences in New York. I am working with a Frisbee
    tossing task.

I am hoping to compare 3D handpaths. Taking multiple
trials, getting a mean of those trials with
surrounding standard deviation from that mean. My
difficulty is that the trials have different # of data
    points.

I am looking for an ensemble averaging program that
will work with 3D and an unequal # of data points.

I went back through the biomch-l archives and found a
march/April 199 discussion about this issue. I was
wondering if anyone is able to share the programs they
are using to perform curve normalization. My advisor
seems to remember something about averaging programs
for 3D available through the Federal Government. Is
    anyone aware of such programs?

    Thanks,
