Looking for AVI to BMP software

Hello Everyone

I'm looking for a PC software (preferably free)
that can browse through AVI files,
look at them as a movie and also frame by frame,
while indicating the frame number.
I also need to save frames (while knowing their number) as BMP files.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
