The 2011 South Central American Society of Biomechanics (SCASB) Conference will be held on February 25 - 26, 2011. The Movement Science Laboratory at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children is pleased to be hosting this meeting in Dallas TX.
The aim of the SCASB is to bring together local and regional researchers, allied health professionals, students and faculty, with a focused interest on the mechanics of human motion. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment for students to present their research and receive feedback from colleagues. Therefore, students are highly encouraged to submit their work. The theme of the meeting will be 'Translational Research: From Theory to Application'. However, abstract submissions from all areas of biomechanics will be accepted.
