On behalf of Dr. Walter Herzog and ISB it is my great pleasure to post this announcement of the inaugural emerging scientist award sponsored by Professor Carlo J De Luca. The award honors excellence in graduate research in the area of motor control and electromyography and is associated with a monetary award of $US2,500. The winner will be selected prior to the 2011 ISB Meeting in Brussels and will be given a spot in the award's session at the ISB 2011 conference in Brussels, Belgium.
