I am writing to invite you and your research team to participate in the 2011 IUTAM Symposium on Impact Biomechanics in Sport, which will be held in University College Dublin, Ireland, from Thursday 7th to Saturday 9th, July 2011. High quality talks with no parallel sessions and an atmosphere of friendly and fruitful collaboration will be a hallmark of this symposium. A special issue of the peer-reviewed journal Sports Engineering and Technology will be published after the symposium.
Details on the Call for Abstracts and information on the symposium are given on the website www.ucd.ie/iutam2011. This is a great opportunity to showcase and discuss your findings, and to strengthen and build relationships for future research into impact biomechanics in sport.
