  • GCMAS 2012: Last Call for Abstracts!

The Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society's 2012 Meeting will be held May 9-12 in Grand Rapids, MI.

Abstract and tutorial submissions are due October 14, 2011.
For submission instructions, please visit: http://gcmas.amrms.com

Five Reasons to Visit Grand Rapids:
    1. GCMAS 2012 coincides with the Fifth Third River Bank Run -- a world-class race that attracts > 20000 participants in 25K, 10K, 5K, and wheelchair events.

    2. Grand Rapids has a safe, walkable and diverse downtown -- dine at a cozy ethnic cafe, or live it up in the city's entertainment district. Over 60 restaurants and nightclubs are within walking distance of the conference hotel.

    3. The conference hotel overlooks the Grand River, with several art museums and theaters just a short walk away.

    4. Grand Rapids is just 30 minutes from the shoreline of Lake Michigan, with gorgeous beaches and sunsets.
In fact, MTV rated Oval Beach one of America's Top 5 Beaches -- 40 minutes away!

    5. GCMAS 2012 also coincides with the Tulip Time Festival in Holland, MI -- see thousands of tulips in bloom, just 40 minutes away.
