Call for Abstracts - Canadian Society for Biomechanics 2012
The Canadian Society for Biomechanics (Société canadienne de biomécanique) invites you to participate in its 17th biennial conference (CSB/SCB 2012), to be held June 6-9, 2012 on the Burnaby Mountain Campus of Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.
CSB/SCB 2012 will bring together the best and brightest researchers from across Canada and internationally, to communicate advances in the application of biomechanics to important scientific problems.
We welcome participants from both academia and industry, and invite abstract submissions in all areas of biomechanics spanning from molecular to whole body biomechanics and including basic, applied, clinical and comparative approaches.
The program will include concurrent sessions, lab tours, symposia, public forums, and lectures from three distinguished keynote speakers: Prof. Tony Keaveny (UC Berkeley), Prof. Steve Scott (Queen’s) and Prof. Francisco Valero-Cuevas (USC).
