GCMAS 2012: Register Now!
The Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society invites you to participate in the 2012 GCMAS Meeting, to be held May 9-12 at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, MI.
The scientific program, including abstracts, are now posted online: http://gcmas.amrms.com
Early Registration Deadline: MARCH 31, 2012
Hotel Registration Deadline: APRIL 6, 2012
About the GCMAS:
The annual meeting of the GCMAS is one of the few conferences regularly attended by both practicing clinicians and academic investigators engaged in biomechanics research. A traditional strength of the society is research aimed at improving ambulation and quality of life for children and adults with neuromuscular disorders such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury. However, GCMAS meetings are broadly inclusive of all topics related to clinical movement analysis including, for example, best practices for assessing and characterizing movement disorders, simulation-based methods to guide treatment planning, robots and other tools for gait rehabilitation, short- and long-term outcome studies, and new advances in characterizing complex motions of the joints.
Hope to see you in Grand Rapids.
