The ASB Executive Board and the 2012 Host Committee are pleased to announce a reduced registration fee program for the 2012 American Society of Biomechanics Meeting. Up to 75 student attendees from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups (using NIH Minority Fellow definitions*), persons with physical disabilities, and female students may receive an anticipated $100 reimbursement of registration fees in late July. This program is first come first serve initiative based on date of registration and confirmation of the following prioritization criteria: enrollment in the conference mentor program, students with abstracts in underrepresented ASB sub disciplines, and temporal proximity to degree.

Registration for the 2012 meeting is now open: http://conferences.dce.ufl.edu/ABS/reg.aspx
