  • Visual3D Basics - Creating a biomechanical report

Visual3D brings powerful value to laboratories in its ability to process and report data. However, such comprehensive software comes with an initial learning curve that can overwhelm new users and prevent them from enjoying the wide benefits.

With this in mind, at BassettBiomechanics.com we have put together the following online webinar series to teach users how to navigate and use Visual3D to its fullest potential. This third session will focus on:

    Creating a biomechanical report
Registration now open for November 20, 2012 at 7 PM (Central European Time)

The only equipment you need in order to attend the webinars is a computer with reliable internet and sound capabilities. However, attendees will get the most out of the training if they have Visual3D (trial versions available upon request). More details can be found at the Bassett Biomechanics Webinars page.

This series is designed to teach new or inexperienced users the basics of Visual3D and give them the skills to use it comfortably. Experienced Visual3D clients are also welcome to take this series as a refresher course or to learn newer, easier techniques than they may already be familiar with. If, on the other hand, you are already proficient in the topics listed above and are looking for advanced Visual3D training, sign up for our newsletter in order to be updated when our advanced webinar series become available!

Though we are offering two different times for each live webinar, we realize these will not accommodate every schedule. Therefore, we will make recordings of our webinars available for purchase after the event (registrants will receive these recordings free to review at their own paces).

These webinars are intended for individual use only, so we ask that you please respect our hard work and refrain from broadcasting them to a group. If your entire lab is interested in attending the webinar, we would be happy to offer a discount code; just contact us with the details.

    See you online!

    Other webinars in the series:
    Building your first biomechanical model
Registration now closed. Please contact for access to videos or information about a repeat of the series.

    Performing Biomechanical Calculations
Registration now closed. Please contact for access to videos or information about a repeat of the series.

    Designing your first pipeline
Registration now open for November 27, 2012 at 10 AM and 7 PM (Central European Time)

Re: Visual3D Basics - Creating a biomechanical report

The focus of this week's webinar will be on creating an accurate biomechanical report. It will build on the previous week's model and calculations. We will get these calculations in a form to report them consistently according to ISB standards, and consider different options available (i.e. displaying standard deviations).
