Dear All, the deadline for registering for the CISM course on "Bone Cell and Tissue Mechanics" that will be held in Udine (Italy) is getting close. The course should be of interest to graduate students, PhD candidates, post-doctoral fellows and young faculty members in the field of, e.g., bone: biomechanics, cell biology, tissue engineering and systems biology.
The course has a long history (since 1987) and many of the former students now are active bone researchers. And being a summer school, there will be plenty of time to interact with the teachers, as well as for other activities in the nice little town of Udine. Note that CISM is a non-profit organization, and that Udine offers reasonably priced accommodation.
