Authors are invited to submit either abstracts or complete papers on the following areas (see call for papers below):

- Sports Medicine and Support Technology
- Health, Sports Performance and Support Technology
- Computer Systems in Sports
We understand that your research work could fit some of the topic areas of this congress.
The deadline for complete papers is June 3 2013.
Extended abstracts can be submitted until June 17 2013.
We would like to highlight the presence of the following keynote speakers:
- James S. Skinner, Indiana University, United States
- Marco Narici, University of Nottingham, United Kingdom
- Robert J. Neal, Golf BioDynamics, United States
- François Hug, The University of Queensland, Australia
Submissions are also welcome to the following Symposia/Special Sessions:
- Effect of the Environment on Sport Performance - EESP 2013
- Technology in Adapted Sports/Paralympics - TASP 2013
REVIEWING AND PUBLICATION: Submissions can take the form of complete papers or extended abstracts; both types of submission will be subject to a double-blind review process.
All complete papers that are accepted will be published in the congress proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support. The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP and EI (Elsevier Index). Some extended abstracts may be invited to be developed into complete papers. Presentation can be made orally or in a poster session. A short list of papers presented at the congress will be selected for publication of extended and revised versions in Springer's Sports Engineering Journal.
Awards recognizing outstanding communications will be distributed during the congress closing session, including a best paper award, a best student paper award and a best poster award. Please check the website for further information (http://www.icsports.org/BestPaperAward.aspx).
