About the Symposium:
In 2010 we organized the first Symposium on Applied Neuromechanics in Brazil. The event was held in Uruguaiana in the very young Federal University of Pampa (established in 2008). The topic of first edition was "human aging". In 2011, the second edition was organized in the Federal University of Santa Maria and the main topic was the 3D analysis of human movement. The last edition (2012) was held in Uruguaiana and the main topic was Innovation for Exercise and Rehabilitation.
In this year edition, the organizers of the “IV Symposium on Applied Neuromechanics: Sport Performance” are looking forward to host the participants in the beautiful city of Florianopolis. The city is known for having a very high quality of life, being the Brazilian capital city with the highest Human Development Index score.
We are looking forward to host all the participants for 3 days of intense scientific and social interaction in this beautiful city, in the State of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
